Abstract

ThestudyexaminedtheeffectofHybridProjectManagementonEnvironmentalSustainabilityinEnuguState,Nigeria.ThespecificobjectivesweretoexaminetheeffectofBlendedProjectManagementonEnvironmentalSustainabilityandevaluatetheeffectofAdaptiveProjectManagementonEnvironmentalSustainabilityinEnuguState,Nigeria.Adescriptivecross-sectionalresearchdesignwasadoptedforthestudy.Datawerecollectedusingastructuredquestionnairedesignwithafive-pointLikertscaleandanalyzedusingSPSSversion26.0.Simplelinearregressionanalysiswasemployedtotestthestudy'shypotheses.TheresultrevealedthatBlendedProjectManagementhasasignificantpositiveeffectonEnvironmentalSustainabilitywithap-valueof(0.019<0.05),andAdaptiveProjectManagementhasasignificantpositiveeffectonEnvironmentalSustainabilitywithap-valueof(0.024<0.05),inEnuguState,Nigeria.ThestudyconcludedthatHybridProjectManagementhasasignificantpositiveeffectonEnvironmentalSustainabilityinEnuguState,Nigeria.Thestudyrecommended,amongothers,thatGovernmentministries,developmentagencies,andprivateprojectorganizationsinEnuguStateshouldformallyintegrateHybridProjectManagement(HPM)frameworksintotheiroperationalstrategies.Keywords:Environmental,Hybrid,Management,Project,Sustainability.
