Abstract
This essay is an analysis of Paul's teaching on reconciliation in 2 Cor 5:14-21. This text is understood to be a tutorial to the Corinthian Christians on how to contribute, as those inserted in Christ, to the restoration of sanity in their conflict-ridden community. The text educates on how present day communities can emulate God's action in bringing about renewal.
