Abstract
Any nation’s strength and degree of growth are determined by the strength and development of its human resources, efficient human resources are produced through such a nation’s education system, particularly its higher education institution. Education is the totality of a person’s experiences. Higher education is defined by the national policy in education (2004) as the post-secondary section of the national education system which includes courses offered by collage of education, advanced teachers training collage, corresponding collages and other institution that are affiliated with them.
