Abstract
Current methods are prone to fraudulent applications and false candidate data due to relying on manual review or simple keywords and phrases for search operations. The system uses advanced natural language processing and machine learning algorithms to enable automated candidate screening, authentication of document integrity and identify fake records. The AI-Powered Recruitment system aims to automate the recruitment processes, thereby increasing hiring precision, preventing application fraud, minimizing processing time for huge applications, and creating a safe platform.
