Abstract
The Nigerian home video industry without doubt has become phenomenon in Nigeria. Initially regarded as a charlatan enterprise and generally regarded as lacking serious consideration and worth, the industry has totally emerged as a national weapon, for cultural diplomacy and big business enterprise.
