The research adopted expos-facto research design as secondary data were used for the analysis. Data were sourced from the annual reports and accounts. The study covered ten year period (2007-2016). Time series data were analyzed using the simple linear regression. The result reveals that Firms Size and PAT have positive and insignificant effect on Share Price while Firms' Leverage has a negative and insignificant effect on Share Price of Oil and Gas firms.
