Abstract

When borders fails to perform its required functions, it gives space different crimes to find their way into the country and disrupt the national security of the state. this paper therefore seeks to create the vinculum between cross border flows and security between Nigeria and Benin republic.The changing trend of National and international threats to national security is characterize by the introduction of factors in the internal and external environment in the Nigerian state
