Abstract
The training of apostolic workers, in particular, diocesan and religious priests, must be holistic. This is to say that it must take care of all that the candidate needs to be fully and integrally human. The author calls the Church to consider that she must include women among the staff for the formation of pastoral agents and ordained ministers. The author draws from her personal experiences and a detailed research on the demands of new evangelization and goals of priestly formation to convince on the importance of the participation of women in the training of priests.
