Abstract

Education in one form or the other is as old as man. this suggest that even in the early man's era some form of education was instituted in order to bring up the young according to the demand of the era and to perpetuate the group culture from one generation to another.education is a dynamic proccess, never ending but ever changing (Musgrave 1981). This change which started from the era of early man has continued to date and will ever continue to take place
