Abstract
This study assessed the effects of sustainable housing finances sub-sector on economic and social development in Nigeria. This was done with emphasis on selected house construction density neighborhood and institution responsible for housing construction in Enugu State. Such housing construction density neighborhood includes Ugwuaji Akwunanaw, Emene Nike, Ibagwa Nike, Amaokpo Nike, Ugwuomu Nike, Akagbeugwu and Agbani neighborhood.
