Abstract

This paper focus on the textual and artistic content of Nigerian literature in English-based Pidgin using Mamman vatsa's toti for geti bow leg and other pidgin poems as a case study. The approach was linguistic and we find out among others hat the vocabulary of the pidgin is simplified reduplicated and confounded.
