Abstract
On behalf of the Governing Council of Godfrey Okoye University, I specially appreciate friends of the University, for the sacrifices they have made to be here this day considering the economic stress you ave undergone. Indeed, we are grateful for your presence which has made this event colorful. I also appreciate the parents who believed in the vision of this young but fastest growing University in Nigeria and entrusted their wards to us. Your wards are now men and women of great value to this country. I would urge all parents to keep up with good work to ensure they attain the highest peak in life and academia.
