Abstract

PROUDLY GO, Moving with Vision and Mission. On this historic occasion of the third Convocation of this authentically first Diocesan Catholic University in black Africa, I consider myself very honored and highly privileged to stand before Your Excellencies, your Royal Majesties and Highness, My Lords spiritual and temporal, Distinguished Academicians and University Administrators, Ladies and Gentlemen to deliver this address.
