Abstract

Environmental pollution, all over the world, all over the world, has assumed a worrisome dimension especially with the emission of harmful substance. The paper therefore, examined environmental taxation and accounting in Nigeria. It adopted a content analysis methodology. The study noted that environmental challenges encountered all over the universe emanate from industrialization as well as scientific and technological advancement to solve this problem, many international and national organization as well as scholars have come up with a number of strategies aimed at ameliorating the quality of their environment.
