Abstract

The study presents an assessment of the impact of insurance industry on financial inclusion and economic development in Nigeria. The investigation focus on the contributions of insurance industries and its regulators as stake holders on financial inclusion. This paper examines how insurance industries and its regulators as stake holders on financial inclusion have helped the financially excluded population of Nigeria access broad range of financial services for inclusive development. Data used in this study were generated through primary and secondary source.
